Alternativ können Sie aus den Einzelessenzen eine eigene Mischung anfertigen. Geben Sie dazu je 7 Tropfen jeder gewünschten Blütenessenz in ein leeres 30-ml-Fläschchen und füllen Sie es zu einem Drittel mit Weinbrand und zu zwei Dritteln mit Wasser auf. Von dieser Mischung nehmen Sie ebenfalls morgens und abends je 7 Tropfen unter die Zunge.
